The Thirteenth Juror
Twelve jurors. One guarded floor. Two attended doors, phones sealed, nobody in or out. At 01:05 Carys hears a scrape, then something heavy. At 06:25 she finds the defendant dead at the far end of the lounge. By breakfast every juror has an envelope holding something private and true, and the same demand: name a killer by six tomorrow.
